So what kind of shopper are YOU?
You Are a Discount Shopper |
You love to get things as cheaply as possible. You live for sales. It's partially because you like to save money, but it's also because you like the thrill of finding a fabulous deal. Of all the types, you tend to shop frequently but rarely by. You keep an eye on prices. Brand names are not that important to you. You know how to have style without collecting designer tags. |

Project 365: Day 7
Mmm... pineapple ice. My grandma used to make this. Then, my dad. Now me. I'm the only one in my family who likes it, so if I make it... it's allllllll mine! :) I usually cut the recipe in half, but here is the full recipe:
4 cups orange juice
4 cups milk
2 cups sugar
1 small can of pineapple
Mix together & freeze. Stir twice while freezing.

Project 365: Day 4
We're gearing up to head back to school tomorrow. BAH. Luke was invited to the birthday party of one of his classmates. We RSVP'd that we could be there, but lots of things happened and he ended up not being able to go. So one of the many things we had to do tonight to prepare for tomorrow is to decorate the wrapping paper (Luke's job) and wrap Breanna's present (my job). So today's picture is of Luke getting the paper ready.
I really should take a picture of his mouth because it's been running non-stop for the past two hours. I'm looking forward to two minutes from now-- BEDTIME!!

Project 365... I think I'm going to do it.
Have you ever heard of it? Project 365 is to take a photo a day to help you remember what happened that year. I started off last year doing it, but didn't get much past week two. (Although I still managed to take PLENTY of photos!)
So here goes nothing.
Day 1: We just hung around the house & Luke broke open his new craft supplies. That's not exactly how I pictured the creation he was going to make with his googly eyes. But whatever works.
Day 2: We spent the afternoon with the Sommers family. We went bowling (woo hoo for $1 shoes & $1 games!) and then to a yummy Mexican restaurant for dinner.
Day 3: We spent the afternoon with my parents & my sister's family. We ate at our local semi-Mexican restaurant and then saw a Tale of Desperaux. We got home and Luke was pretty sleepy, so we put in another movie- The Wonderful Wizard of Has- and he zoned.

A new year, a few new goals.
So here are my goals. So far, so good... except for the pregnant part. Who knows when or even if that will happen. :)
1. Do Wii Fit or some other form of exercise every day in 2009.
2. Cut out caffeine.
3. Take at least one photo each day of '09.
4. Keep up with the scrapbook album.
5. Get pregnant.
